Client: Baccarat

“Army Flask” is inspired by old school military flask with a leather strap. The shape was cut from the neck of a standard long Neck carafe provided by baccarat and turned into a portable liquor flask. The idea behind this project was really about given the same piece out of the same mold a completely different meaning rather than an object only existing on the tabletop. The threaded metal cap and leather straps give this piece the endurance to be able to take to outdoor scenarios such as a party to share drinks with friends. The army flask is an object that can open a conversation but meanwhile, the aesthetics are still truly authentic Baccarat.
