Client: petit h

Commissioned by the Petit h division of Hermes, emerging design collective Benwu Studio has created a fall exhibition. Set in Shanghai, it takes up the ground floor of Hermes' flagship store on Huaihai Rd. (M), where visitors can explore their unique artisan creativity. Petit h, the Hermes atelier founded by Ms Pascale Mussard, gives materials a second chance, reinventing its form or use. Renaissance, recycling... a new life emerges from the alchemy of the elements themselves and artistic intuition. Benwu studio applies this design idea and used discarded leather of Hermes to create a scene of golden leaves in the exhibition.
