The design of Frutacloud’s Shanghai Hongshoufang office focuses on the company’s culture, aiming to create a modern workplace that balances functionality with warmth. The design is achieved through a thoughtful integration of spatial logic, material textures, and natural elements. In order to balance acoustic privacy and visual harmony, we strategically used various kinds of glass based on the content, including smart glass that transitions from frosted to clear.

The lighting design layers ambient, linear, task, and decorative lighting to enrich spatial rhythm and depth.The sustainability was also a key consideration: greenery grown from upcycled coffee grounds collected in the office brings a natural vitality into both work and communal areas, fostering a soft yet dynamic connection between people and place.

The result is a space that not only reflects Frutacloud’s pragmatic DNA but also embodies its commitment to sustainability and human-centered experience.
